Menuet 2

2024
Oil on canvas
30" x 20"
Series: Bach Cello Suites

This work is less formal than Menuet 1 with the music itself expressed more through colors and shapes.

Abstract oil painting with angular horizontal shapes, large lavender and gold forms, and dark maroon and pale purple lines defining geometric shapes. Dry-brushed lighter colors add texture.
