Welcome!

After a career as a freelance cellist and teacher, I have moved into the world of visual art. It has always been calling me and I used to worry that, in the seconds before I die I’d say “!*#^, I didn’t do it!” And I mean paint. I don’t know why that urge is so deep and why it has taken me so long to listen to it, but I must have had to live music long enough to use it in my drawing and painting. Sometimes that influence may be visible, other times not so much. But the classical music sense of line, shape, color, texture and balance will always influence my visual creative sensibilities.
