Series: Bach Cello Suites

This began with literal note pattern shapes but grew into its own city.

Abstract oil painting in warm reds, golds, pinks, pale greens, pale blues, and pale-tinted whites. Arched and block-like forms suggest an imagined cityscape, with lighter patches and architectural shapes layered across the center. Curving green gestures and loose marks suggest plants and trees in the foreground. Broad brushstrokes, translucent layers, and scraped or textured areas create movement across the composition. The artist’s signature appears near the lower center.
